When you've got great berries, you don't even need the cream. This was the case last night, as we sat down for dessert with a little selection of berries that survived the trip home from Nancy Skall's Middleton Farm up in Healdsburg. Delicious simplicity. Get yourself some berries from your farmers market this week -- they'll be gone before you know it.
