Cheese-it-ish Crackers with French Fridays w/Dorie

Cheese, butter, a little flour and spice do make a delicious little cracker-cookie.  Go French for your next "come on over for a glass of wine" and pop a tray of these in the oven.  I used the slice-and-bake technique, which I find much easier to deal with than rolling and cutting.  Merry Christmas & Happy New Year everyone!

These were pretty tasty, sorry you had a little trouble
with the dough, but they look good. Have a Merry
Christmas and a Happy New Year.

If you hadn't mentioned in the LYL comments that you had some trouble, I'd never had known. Your crackers look perfect. Happy Holidays!

Sorry the dough wasn't cooperative. That's always a bummer :-(

Having a roll of this dough in the freezer to slice and bake would be great for unexpected company! Happy New Year!
